Gymnastics for all
Our General; classes are suitable for gymnasts aged 5 years old upwards. These classes cover all basic gymnastics integral to further development into more advanced gymnastics skills. Sessions are fun and productive and the gymnasts work toward British Gymnastics Rise awards (badges).
Pre- School
Young gymnasts from 18 months to age 4 participate in structured 45-minute lessons, following the British Gymnastics Rise syllabus. In our safe and secure facility they will develop skills including the basic ABCs of Action, Balance and Coordination, in a fun and interactive way, with parents also joining in the fun! Children 18 months - 3 years are accompanied by a parent or guardian during the lesson; children from 3-4 years can progress to the parent-free session.
Freestyle
A more relaxed approach, less structure more exploring what your body can do!
Competitive Tumble
All our squads are by invitation only, and on the discretion of our senior coaching
team. An invitation and trial are required for entry.
Competitive Acro
All our squads are by invitation only, and on the discretion of our senior coaching
team. An invitation and trial are required for entry.
he Acro Squad provides the highest level of coaching for children from age 5 through to international level to enable gymnasts to participate in Acro gymnastics and for all to develop to their optimum level. The children take part in competitions and displays at different levels right up to senior international level and have the opportunity to take part in trips to other clubs, including some overseas visits and competitions.
